At SACHAJUAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
